中文摘要: 青藏高原土壤有机质/碳遥感反演是是目前遥感领域的重要研究内容之一,精确估算土壤有机质/碳含量对于青藏高原高寒生态系统碳循环研究具有重要意义。本项目针对藏北高原土壤有机质含量估算中未考虑土壤状态及土壤含水量的问题,采用室内冻融模拟和野外实测光谱相结合的方法,基于实测的光谱曲线,计算光谱反射率REF、微分光谱R'、光谱倒数之对数log(1/R)和波段深度BD等光谱指数,分析不同含水量的冻土、融土以及干土的光谱特征,选择出冻土、融土、干土分类识别的最佳光谱指数和适合不同状态土壤有机质反演的最佳有机质诊断指数,使用偏最小二乘回归和人工神经网络算法建立适合冻土、融土和干土的土壤有机质反演模型。该研究可为以后基于多光谱和高光谱影像的青藏高原地区土壤有机质反演提供理论依据和参考。

英文摘要: The estimation of soil organic or soil organic carbon using remote sensing images is one of the most important problems in the field of remote sensing.For the problems in the estimation of soil organic matter content using remote sensing,the methods of soil freeze-thaw simulation and field measurements of soil spectral will be used in this research. The hyperspectral reflectance data area transformed to several spectral indices, including first derivative reflectance spectra (FDR), inverse-log spectra (lg(1/R)) and band depth (BD). According to the correlation analysis, the best detection spectral regions for the classification of freezing soil, thawing soil and dry soil can be selected out, and the classification model for freezing soil, thawing soil and dry soil can be established. An integration soil organic matter identification index will be constructed in the research. So, the model which for the estimation of freezing soil organic matter content, the model which for the estimation of thawing soil organic matter content and the model which for the estimation of dry soil organic matter content are can be established by using PLSR model and artificial neural networks.
