中文摘要: 本项目利用链穿梭聚合技术在烯烃嵌段共聚物合成中所体现出来的微观结构可设计、多样、可控等优势,提出将链穿梭聚合引用到苯乙烯和异戊二烯嵌段共聚物的合成中,制备含间规聚苯乙烯嵌段和顺式-1,4 聚异戊二烯嵌段的多嵌段共聚物,建立结构可设计性更强、性能范围更广的苯乙烯和异戊二烯嵌段共聚物合成新方法。通过深入研究链转移剂和催化剂之间的化学反应实质,链转移剂对催化剂催化特性和立体选择性的影响以及催化剂配体和链转移剂烷基的化学环境和立体环境对链穿梭效率的影响,提出本体系链穿梭聚合反应机理,并阐明链穿梭体系及聚合反应条件对产物嵌段结构、聚集态结构的影响规律,以建立产物力学性能和热性能与微观结构的对应关系,为新型嵌段共聚物的合成提供理论和实践依据。

英文摘要: Chain shuttling polymerization possesses the advantages embodying in endowing prepration of olefin block copolymers with designable and controllable block structure, diversity in chain length distribution and narrow molecular weight distribution of block copolymer. In this research, with the exectation to synthesize copolymers having multi-block chain structure where the polystyrene chain segments possessing contrallable syndiotacticity and polyisoprene chain segments in high cis-1,4 content,chain shuttling polymerizaiton is introduced into the preparation of styrene-isoprene copolymer firstly. By inspecting the intrinsic nature of the reacton between chain shuttling agent and catalysts, the effect of chain shuttling agent on the catalytic characteristics and stereoselectivity, and the variation of electronic and steric enviroments of catalyst ligends and alkyls attaching to the chain shuttling agent on the chain shuttling efficiency,the synthesizing mechanism for the formation of the styrene-isoprene multi-block copolymer is to be proposaled,and the corresponding relationship between physical properties with microstructure and morphology of the obtained block copolymers is to be developed.
