中文摘要: 水工混凝土结构的裂缝问题至今未能很好地解决,宜从结构而非完全从材料的角度综合考虑材料组成、施工工艺、约束程度和环境条件等各方面的影响,建立标准的可供比较的平台,避免各自为政、甚至得出互相矛盾的结果。课题将提出针对水工混凝土结构的标准抗裂等级的概念,类似于混凝土强度等级、抗冻等级和抗渗等级;通过分析,确定影响混凝土抗裂性能的重要因素,并通过试验研究和仿真分析探明其变化规律并提出相应的计算模型;综合考虑施工工艺、约束程度、环境条件和典型水工混凝土结构的实际情况,确定混凝土结构抗裂等级评价的标准状态;提出混凝土结构抗裂等级评价的关键指标,并建立相应的评价体系;另外通过试验研究和仿真分析提出典型水工混凝土结构抗裂等级的取用方法。成果可供设计部门对不同结构提出定量的抗裂等级要求;施工单位依据要求选择抗裂性能合适的混凝土;检测单位可依据评价体系评定混凝土抗裂等级;业主和管理部门可从根本上控制工程裂缝。

英文摘要: The cracking problem of hydraulic concrete structure hasn't been solved absolutely.This problem should be solved based on the structure aspect and not based on concrete material aspect only. The effects of concrete material composition, construction and curing measures, restrain degree and environmental conditions on concrete anti-cracking grade should be considered to set up anti-cracking grade. A standard anti-cracking grade will be set up to solve the concrete cracking problem. And the fact that nowadays result is incompatible can be avoilded. This project will set up the anti-cracking grade of hydraulic concrete structure, which is similar to concrete strength grade, frost resistant grade and seepage resistance grade. The important factors affecting the anti-cracking performance will be determined by analysis. The calculation models will be presented based on experimental study and simulation analysis. The standard statues of evaluation systems on concrete anti-cracking grade will be presented considering the situations of real project such as concrete composition, construction and curing measures, restrain degree and environmental conditions.
