中文摘要: 在全球集成制造的背景下,机械零部件成为贸易的重要对象,如何利用网络零件库快速找到所需零部件,成为一个新的研究热点。本课题在发现了装配体、零件三维模型以及零件工程图关键结构形成方法的基础上,寻求面向关键结构的机械零部件检索方法,提出基于装配结构分解的零件(装配体)关键结构的获取算法,提出基于轮廓封闭图形分解的零件工程图关键结构的获取算法,建立零件(装配体)装配结构、零件工程图图形约束结构的规范表达规则,提出基于装配结构相似的零件(装配体)关键结构的匹配算法,提出基于图形约束结构相似的零件工程图关键结构的匹配算法,建立零部件关键结构的命名、分类和分级方法,用户直接以系统提供的零部件关键结构表达检索要求,检索零部件,并针对典型产品建立原型系统软件。从而将机械零部件的分类与几何检索,发展到结构检索,形成一种新的机械零部件检索理论体系与方法。

英文摘要: In the background of global integrated manufacturing, mechanical parts become important trade objects. How to use web part library to quickly retrieve required parts becomes a new researching hotspot. On the basis of discovering the methods to form the key structures for assembly body, part three-dimensional model and part drawing, the mechanical part retrieval method by key structures is explored. The algorithms to acquire part (assembly body) key structures based on assembly structure decomposition are presented. The algorithms to acquire part drawing key structures based on closed contour drawing decomposition are presented. The standard expression regulations for part (assembly body) assembly structure and part drawing geometric constrained structure are set up. The matching algorithms of part (assembly body) key structures based on assembly structure similarity are presented. The matching algorithms of part drawing key structures based on geometric constrained structure similarity are presented. The methods to name, classify and grade part key structures are set up. Users directly express retrieval requirements with the part key structures provided by the system to retrieve parts. The prototype system software for typical products is developed.
