中文摘要: 语音通信系统存在的严重安全隐患使端到端的加密语音加密技术受到了人们的关注。本课题针对端到端语音加密技术的发展和应用需求,基于语音特征加密方法研究抗压缩编码的语音加密基本理论和关键技术。该课题拟充分利用语音信号的特性,在对各种语音压缩编码算法和语音特征进行深入分析的基础上,使用语音分析-特征加密-语音合成的过程实现语音加密,使其能够抵抗通信系统中的语音压缩编码;对于特征加密,则利用混沌系统直接在实数域实现;从密码学和语音信号特性两方面对于语音加密的安全性进行分析,并针对现代语音通信系统,研究基于特征加密的通用型抗压缩编码语音加密方法,为语音保密通信的广泛应用提供理论支撑。期望通过本项目的研究,能够完善端到端语音加密理论和技术,提供抗压缩编码的语音加密新方法,为高质量语音保密通信的广泛应用建立必要的理论、方法和技术基础。

英文摘要: Security of Speech communication systems is facing serious threat, so people are paying more attention to end-to-end speech encryption techniques. To meet the need of end to end speech encryption development and applications, this project focuses on the research of anti-comrpression speech encryption theories and techniques basing on feature encryption. In this project, various speech compression algorithms and all kinds of speech features are analyzed , and the process of speech analysis-feature encryption-speech synthesis is adopted to encrypt speech. Chaos system is used for feature encryption in real domain. Security of speech encryption is analyzed from both cryptography and speech signal characteristic aspects. Furthermore, a universal anti-compression speech encryption method based on feature encryption is researched for secure speech communications. Expection of this project is to construct necessary basis on theory, methods and techniques for wide applications of high quality secure speech communications.
