中文摘要: 多源锥束CT能够突破传统CT时间分辨率的局限,在动态器官成像方面具有独特的优势,目前已成为国际研究热点。此外,多源CT在能量成像方面更具优势,它能够获得更丰富的物质结构和成分信息,有助于疾病的早期诊断。三源锥束CT技术作为新一代的代表,正处于研究活跃期,存在很多问题亟待解决。本项目主要研究:(1)根据Smith 三维精确重建的充要条件,设计不同半径的三源三螺旋扫描模式,结合跨PI线和M线的概念,推导不同半径的三螺旋CT重建公式,实现同样设备下更大水平视野的三维精确重建;(2)分析重建算法的并行性,开展GPU加速重建算法;(3)进一步考虑多能谱下的三螺旋CT重建,提高重建图像衬度。本项目的顺利实施能够给医学三源CT设备的设计、研发提供重要指导。

英文摘要: Multiple-cone-beam CT can breakthrough the limitation of the traditional time resolution, and has a unique advantage on dynamic organ imaging. Now, it is an international research hotspot. In addition, multi-source CT also has more advantage on energy imaging. And it gets more abundant material structure and component information. This contributes to early diagnosis of some diseases. As a representative, triple-cone-beam CT is in active study period. So there are many problems to be solved. Here we mainly: (1) According to the necessary and sufficient condition of the Smith three-dimensional accurate reconstruction, design the triple-cone-beam scan mode with different radius; using inter-helix PI-line and M-line, deduce reconstruction formula; and get more accurate 3D reconstruction of larger horizontal vision in the same equipment condition; (2) analyzing parallel in reconstruction algorithm, develop GPU accelerated reconstruction algorithm; (3) further consider triple-cone-beam CT reconstruction under multi energy spectrum for improving the reconstruction image contrast. The implementation of the project can provide important guidance for research and development of medical CT equipment.
