中文摘要: 业务过程智能是企业计算的研究热点技术,是计算机科学和管理科学、先进制造技术等交叉研究领域。针对各组织具有自主性和组织约束性,各业务系统与应用软件之间存在过程描述语义歧义,企业智能与系统集成困难,本项目根据本体论原理,采用PSL 语言扩展VPML 语言描述业务概念语义的能力,设计了业务概念本体模型;研究复杂企业业务过程特点与运作机制,建立集成有协同策略与行为特征的过程本体模型及其与其它业务概念本体间的影射,并研究开发了过程运作机理与多级策略组合的协同调度方法;基于BPI 研究分布式复杂企业过程的柔性模拟、自动优化及协同运作算法;研究跨组织企业业务集成与企业信用、性能度量等技术问题,形成跨组织业务伙伴选择方法;研究过程数据与过程语义挖掘以及过程语义分析与预测方法;结合制造业开展实践验证研究,建立了一个基于制造网格的虚拟企业运作管理平台,解决复杂企业异构系统过程语义差异性与系统自动化集成问题。 本研究无论是对现代企业管理、制造业过程调度,还是对业务过程重组理论和过程模拟与优化算法研究都具有重要的学术价值。

英文摘要: Business process intelligence is a hot research topic on enterprise computing,and it is a cross research domains within computer science,management science and advanced maufacturing technology. Since each organization has the independence and the organization binding,there exist semantic ambiguity for process description betwwen business systems and application systems, so it is difficult for integrating these enterprise systems. Therefore, we use process specificution language (PSL) to extend VPML's functions for describing business process, and design an ontology model for business concepts. After analyzing the characteristics and enactment mechanism, we propose a process ontology model integrating cooperative strategies and behaviour model,and build mapping relation betwwen the process ontology model with others, as well as process enactment mechanism and the cooperative schdeule algorithm with multi-strategies. A flexible process simulation algorithm, an auto-optimization algorithm and process enactment algorithm are designed for complex and distributed enterprise using business process intelligence. A partner selection approach is proposed for cross-organization process by integrating member trust and its performance for cross-organization. we also discuss mining techniques for process data and its sementics, process semantics analysis and prediction.The case validates the proposed methedologies within a manufacturing process reengineering, in which we built a MGrid-Based Virtual Enterprise Operation Platform, and address the above issues of complex enterprise system integration. This work has very important value for modern enterprise management, manufacturing process scheduling, as well as business process reengineering theroy and the technologies of process simulation and optimization.
