中文摘要: 双相磁电复合材料具有显著的磁电效应,在传感器、换能器领域具有广阔的应用前景。本项目拟以设计制备闭环状高压输电互感器为研究目标,以高机械品质因数的FeGa和高饱和高饱和磁化强度的FeCoV作为磁性相,无铅BaTiO3作为压电相,构造一种灵敏度高、耦合性能好、满足环保要求的FeGa/BaTiO3、FeCoV/BaTiO3闭环双相磁电复合材料。通过改变FeGa/BaTiO3、FeCoV/BaTiO3闭环样品的厚度比、内径和外径,研究其磁电电压系数、谐振频率、机械品质因数、最大输出功率等磁电性能与闭环层状磁电复合材料厚度比、内径-外径比之间的关系。借鉴片状双相磁电复合材料的研究结果,根据等效电路法建立环状复合结构的等效电路模型,充分考虑材料界面损耗等问题,解析FeGa/BaTiO3、FeCoV/BaTiO闭环结构的厚度比、内径-外径比对磁电性能的影响,进而构建高压输电互感器。

英文摘要: Two phase magnetoelectric composites have a drimatically magnetoelectric magnetoelectric effect, and have a good candidate in sensor, transducer. To make a close-looped high voltage transmission transformer, FeGa, FeCoV were used as the magnetic material and BaTiO3 was used as the pizoelectric material. FeGa/BaTiO3、FeCoV/BaTiO3 structure was designed and the change of the magnetoelectric coefficient, frequence resonance, mechanical quality factor, output power depend on the lenth ratio of the two phase and the inner-outer diameter ratio will be studied. The equivalent circuit model of the structure will be designed to make the experiment phenomenon understood. Then a high voltage transmission transformer was fabricated.
