中文摘要: 古代文献有大量的隐含知识未被发现,故建立古籍本体知识库成为研究热点,但低效率的手工标引是制约本体构建和完善更新的瓶颈,而中医理论的复杂性亦使知识发现难以实现。本研究以肺系病为范例,拟采用启发式集成学习方法完成肺系病古籍的自动化语义标注,建立肺系病中医古籍本体知识库,并基于复杂网络理论探索肺系病中医古籍的隐含知识,为中医临床医师提供高效便捷的肺系病古籍知识检索和知识发现服务,指导临床诊治,从而提高临床水平和工作效率,具有重要意义。

英文摘要: There is plenty of tacit knowledge undiscovered in ancient literature. Construction of archaic ontology knowledge base becomes a hot topic, but the low efficiency of manual indexing restricted ontology construction and updating. Meanwhile, it’s hard to get knowledge discovery because of complexity of the traditional Chinese medicine theory. In this study, pulmonary disease for example, to complete automated semantic annotation by heuristic integration of learning method, and then accomplish construction of ontology knowledge base of ancient Chinese medicine. To discover tacit knowledge of Chinese medicine ancient literature based on complex network theory. Providing efficient and convenient knowledge retrieval and knowledge discovery services of pulmonary disease of Chinese medicine of ancient literature, and instructing clinical diagnosis and treatment, and improve the clinical level and efficiency. It has important significance.
