Virtual Reality replicates an environment that simulates physical presence in places in the real world or imagined worlds and lets the user interact in that world. Virtual reality artificially creates sensory experiences, which can include sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, and more. Virtual reality has many applications in a variety of fields. It is most commonly used in entertainment applications such as gaming and 3D cinema. In robotics, virtual reality has been used to control robots in telepresence and telerobotic systems. On the other hand, the theory development of intelligent systems has laid a solid basis for future development of virtual reality. 


In order to promote the basic theory research of virtual reality and intelligent system, original innovation achievements and high-tech development, to improve the level of virtual reality and intelligent system research and the ability of practical application and promote their depth application and industrial transformation and upgrading in intelligent manufacturing, intellectual life, intelligent industry and the defense and security field, to provide a high level of academic exchange platform for experts and scholars around the world in this field, the 2019 International Conference on Virtual Reality and Intelligent Systems will be sponsored and supported by Jilin Province Science and Technology (S&T) Innovation Center for Physical Simulation and Security of Water Resources and Electric Power Engineering,The Cooperative Innovation Center of Wind Power Equipment and Energy Conversion, Hunan Institute of Engineering, St.John’s University,Hunan Internet of Things Associaton and other non-profit organizaiton, it will be held on Sept. 14-15, 2019.
