International Journal of Computer Mathematics is soliciting papers for a special issue in conjunction with the International Conference on Computational Finance (ICCF 2017), Lisbon, Portugal.
International Journal of Computer Mathematics is a world-leading journal serving the community of researchers in numerical analysis and scientific computing from academia to industry. It publishes original research papers of high scientific value in fields of computational mathematics with profound applications to sciences and engineering.
Papers that study analysis and applications of innovative computational strategies are sought. Papers with rigorous explorations of cutting-edge techniques and concerns in computational mathematics are welcome. Topics considered include, but are not limited to, the latest issues in the numerical solution of systems or of multi-dimensional partial differential equations, nonlocal modelling and computations, multi-scale modelling, quantum computing, imaging configurations, highly vibrant and robust algorithms, and applications in modern industries, including but not limited to finance and biomedicine.
Papers discussing only variations or combinations of existing methods without significant new computational properties or analysis are not of interest.
International Journal of Computer Mathematics' acceptance rate of research articles is less than 20% and papers are subject to an originality check using the CrossCheck software. Each submitted paper should be no more than about 20 pages and will be refereed according to journal's policies.

Lean Six Sigma for Operational and Service Excellence
Quality Engineering is organizing a special issue for July 2018 dedicated to the latest developments in the field of Lean Six Sigma. As guest editors, we encourage authors to submit their best papers with practical solutions to companies’ real world problems, irrespective of their nature and size.
Lean Six Sigma as a methodology for achieving operational, service, and process excellence has been around for the past 15 years. Although LSS has been initially adopted by a large number of manufacturing companies and service of varied size, its applications in many public-sector organisations are still in their early stages. For this special issue, we would like to invite research scholars, leading academics, and practitioners to submit high-quality papers (theoretical papers, empirical studies, case study papers, etc.) covering topics from Lean, Six Sigma to Lean Six Sigma, with case study papers showing new applications being particularly welcome.

My name is Prof. Rolando Magnanini, and I invite you to submit your original research to a thematic issue of Applicable Analysis on Geometric Properties for Parabolic and Elliptic PDE's and Applications. Articles should fit within the scope of the journal with a primary focus on analysis that can be applied to scientific and engineering problems. Papers should indicate clearly an application of the mathematics involved. For this issue, a special emphasis on geometrical aspects of PDE's is appreciated.

Evolutionary computation and intelligent algorithm is an important research area at the interface of artificial intelligence (AI) and operations research (OR), and has attracted great attention of researchers over the years due to its applicability and interesting computational aspects. Evolutionary Computation (EC) techniques are suitable for these problems since they are highly flexible in terms of handling constraints, dynamic changes, and multiple conflicting objectives. With the growth of new technologies and business models, researchers in this field have to continuously face new challenges, which require innovative solution methods.
This special issue for The International Symposium on Intelligence Computation and Applications(ISICA) focuses on both practical and theoretical aspects of evolutionary computation and intelligent algorithm. Examples of evolutionary Computation and Intelligent Algorithm include genetic algorithm, genetic programming, evolutionary strategies, gene expression programming, ant colony optimization, particle swarm optimization, evolutionary based hyper-heuristics, memetic algorithms etc. We encourage authors to submit their original papers in the topics of this special issue.

International Conference on Pure and Applied Mathematics (ICPAM) was successfully held for last five years, had visited Paris (2012), Moscow (2013), Madrid (2014), Rome (2015), London (2016), and Prague (2017). The support and participation of our membership and scholar has made it possible for ICPAM to continue to be held in Budapest, Hungary during July 10-13, 2018.

CALL FOR PAPERS of SPECIAL ISSUE IN ECOLOGICAL MODELLING ON: Modelling the Food-Energy-Water Nexus: Integration of ecological function for human well-being
It has become clear that the major systems servicing human well-being, food, energy, and water (FEW) systems, are interconnected, and any attempt to address one dimension in isolation of the others will lead to unexpected, undesired, and far from optimal consequences. Therefore, it is crucial to consider these three systems holistically and simultaneously as a FEW nexus. In particular, there is a great need for quantitative and computational modeling to investigate the food, energy, water systems. This issue will gather theoretical, methodological, and applied papers exploring the FEW Nexus. Articles entailing a systems ecology perspective will be preferred.
