深圳大学材料学院饶峰特聘教授团队招聘博士后，具体如下

团队介绍

饶峰特聘教授（国家优青）团队主要研究（1）相变存储器材料、机理与器件；（2）发光材料（稀土/半导体）、机理与应用；（3）二维电子与能源材料与应用；（4）材料在原位外场作用下的透射电子学研究。

团队主要成果如下：

I. Phase Change Materials & Memory Device （饶峰教授）

1. Reducing the stochasticity of crystal nucleation to enable sub-nanosecond memory writing, Science, in press, DOI: 10.1126/science.aao3212.

2.Direct observation of titanium-centered octahedral in titanium–antimony–tellurium phase-change material, Nature Communications 5, 10040, 2015.

3. One order of magnitude faster phase change at reduced power in Ti-Sb-Te, Nature Communications 5, 4086, 2014.

应聘条件

（1）具有物理、材料、化学等相关学科博士学位或 3 个月内可以完成论文答辩;有电子器件设计与制备相关经验者优先；

（2）年龄不超过 32 周岁；

（3）有较好的中英文写作水平、团队协作能力与开拓进取精神。

福利待遇

（1）按深圳市政府博士后研究资助规定，开题报告和中期考核合格后各可获得深圳市提供的补助，每期 12 万元（免税）； 
（2）每月发放 2240 元房补（免税），发放24个月； 
（3）每月工资 9000 元（税前，非用人成本）； 
（4）住房公积金； 
（5）350 元/月误餐补助，每年发放 10 个月； 
（6）提供周转房； 
（7）博士后人员进站，可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的，其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行； 
（8）超出基础科研考核指标的绩效奖励：在权威期刊发表学术论文或者获得国家级科研项目的博士后，深圳大学按规定给予科研奖励或配套资助； 
（9）博士后入站奖励计划。
