中文摘要: 液态合金性质及其变化是复杂而重要的科学问题。合金熔体作为母液,对铸件组织和性能具有直接和重要的影响。针对目前液态合金结构演变规律及其对MTRT(熔体热速处理)技术的影响认识欠缺的状况,本项目围绕着Al-Si等液态合金的微观不均匀性质,提出了创建体现微观不均匀性特征的熔体结构模型的目标,采用液态X射线衍射、同步辐射和电阻率等物性测试分析、分形理论计算等方法研究熔体微观不均匀性质和变化规律,明确温度诱导下熔体结构的变化规律,研究熔体预结晶状态对MTRT的熔体温度、等温处理、冷凝处理的影响,阐明熔体变化对Al-Si合金变质和晶粒细化的影响及作用机理,优化MTRT控制技术及其与元素复合变质晶粒细化处理技术,并探索合金液-固态依存机理,揭示熔体结构演变对MTRT的影响机制。本项目的开展有助于深入认知液态金属合金的性质、完善液态合金微观不均匀性理论、推动熔体热处理技术的发展。

英文摘要: Properties of liquid alloys and their change are complicated and important scientific problems. As mother liquors of the castings, alloy melt plays direct and crucial impacts on structure and properties of the castings. Contemporarily, with the deficient research for structure evolution liquid alloy and MTRT(Melt Thermal Rate Treatment), taking microinhomogeneities of liquid alloy like Al-Si system, the anticipated target of this project is to set up model of melt structure, which are characterized by diverse microinhomogeneities. Liquid x-ray diffraction, synchrotron radiation, electrical resistivity and other physical properties testing analysis, theory calculation are used to study the features, properties and change law of the melt microinhomogeneities. Influence of crystalline form on the melt's temperature, isothermal treatment and condensing processing are intensively studied. The impact of the melt change exerted on the metamorphic and grain refinement of Al-Si alloy as well as its mechanism of action are clarified. MTRT control technology and the element metamorphic technology for grain refinement are modified. Interdependence machanism of liquid alloy and solid alloy, the influence mechanism of the melt structure evolution on MTRT are revealed. The launch of this project is conducive to deeply probing
