中文摘要: 胶体与高分子溶液复合体系具有非常重要的理论与应用背景,其动态行为非常丰富,在宏观上可以表现出不同的流变行为。当分子线团的尺寸远大于胶体颗粒时,通常会发生一个高分子线团上吸附有若干胶体颗粒的现象,从而影响高分子链的结构和动态行为。尤其在有外场作用下,比如剪切时,高分子线团的响应和胶体颗粒对外场的响应有差异,有可能导致其复合结构的大规模重组,从而影响到其流动性质。具体来说,随着高分子与胶体相互作用、相对数目及高分子绝对浓度的变化,上述复合体系可表现出牛顿流体、剪切变稀、剪切变稠甚至剪切凝胶现象,并且在剪切停止后又回复原来状态。本项目拟从体系中微结构和微观动态行为角度出发,理解复合体系宏观流变行为变化的规律,提供改变体系流变行为的新方案。

英文摘要: Colloid-polymer solution complex is of great fundamental and practical interests, which shows aboundant dynamics and flow behaviors. When the size of polymer coil is much larger than the colloidal particle, often there would be more than one colloidal particle associated with one polymer coil, thus affecting the dynamics of polymer chain. Under shear, polymer coil may repsonse differently from the colloidal particle, thus causing the reconstruction colloid-polymer complex, consequently, affecting their flow behaviors. Specificly, upon different colloid-polymer interaction, relative number ratio and polymer concentration, different flow behaviors have been observed, such as Newtonian, shear-thinning, shear-thickening or shear-gelling. In this project, we are seeking to understand the flow behavior of these small colloid-long chain polymer solution complex based on the formed microstructure and dynamics, thus providing a solution of controlling their flow behaviors.
