中文摘要: 聚乳酸 (Polylactic acid,PLA)是一种应用前景很好的脂肪族聚酯,具有优异的生物可降解性、生物可吸收性、生物相容性且无毒,但是由于其水溶性差、热稳定性差,性脆、力学强度低,降解较快等特点限制了它在很多领域的应用。本研究采用绿色工艺制备聚乳酸。 以聚乳酸为高分子基体,利用环糊精研究聚乳酸-环糊精包合物的可控性制备,揭示包合过程中分子结构对包合物形成的影响。通过研究聚乳酸-环糊精包合物的结晶行为,考察环糊精对聚乳酸的晶体结构和形态影响。在研究聚乳酸-环糊精包合物的微观结构及性能的基础上,系统总结研究聚乳酸-环糊精包合物的包合模型与其宏观性能的内在联系,阐明包合过程及各因素对聚乳酸性能的影响。通过考察聚乳酸-环糊精包合物的释药性能和形状记忆性能,拓展聚乳酸的应用领域。

英文摘要: Polylactic acid(PLA)is one kind of aliphatic polyester with outstanding application prospect owing to good biodegradability,bioabsorbability and biocompatibility. However,the applications of PLA are limited due to negative effects on the water-solubility,thermostablity,brittleness, mechanical properties, biodegradability, etc. In the project, PLA is synthesised by green technology.With the PLA as the polymer matrix, the controllable preparation of inclusion complexes (ICs) between PLA and cyclodextrins(CDs) will be studied in this work. The effect of molecular structure on the ICs in inclusion process will be announced. The effect of CD on the crystal structure and morphology of PLA will be investigated by the study of crystalization behaviors of ICs. On the basis of study in structure and properies of ICs, the internal relations between inclusion model and properties of PLA-CDs ICs will be systemically concluded. Moreover, the effect of inclusion process and factors on the properties of PLA can be explained. The drug-loaded release and shape momery of PLA-CDs ICs will be investigated and the new applicatin of PLA will be expanded.
