中文摘要: 基于光学参量振荡系统产生的宽调谐、窄线宽红外激光源(1.4-15μm)由于覆盖大多数原子和分子吸收峰,在高分辨率激光光谱学、激光雷达、激光遥感、环境污染探测等方面具有重要的应用前景,通常原子或分子具有较窄的吸收带宽,要同时对几种原子或分子进行探测和检测,迫切要求激光光源具有窄线宽、宽调谐、高峰值功率和多功能,激光光源发展面临新的挑战,实用可靠的光源是这几个波段的应用技术发展的基础,本项目提出基于1μm的Nd:YAG单频脉冲激光器泵浦准相位匹配周期极化晶体双共振光学参量振荡器技术方案,将种子注入技术、双共振参量振荡和多功能周期极化参量晶体结合起来,实现窄线宽、宽调谐脉冲光学参量振荡激光输出,解决脉冲光学参量振荡器线宽压窄,频率调谐和光谱控制等关键技术难题。探索出一条实现脉冲光学参量振荡器宽调谐、窄线宽、多功能新技术途径,满足多种应用需求。

英文摘要: Widely tunable,narrow spectral bandwidth infrared(1.4-15μm) light sourses based on optical parametric oscillator covering the infrared molecular fingerprint region,are useful for high-resolution spectroscopy applications in basic molecular science, laser lidar,laser remote sensing, Environment pollution detection etc. Usually the the atom and molecule has quite narrower absorption bandwidth,and detected and tested ,the light sourses with widely tunable,narrow bandwidth,high peak power and multi-functional are needed.The light sourses face the new challenges.Practical radiation sources in these bands are the basic elements for applications.In this project,quasi-phase-match periodically poled crystal dual resonance optical parametric oscillator based on 1 micron Nd:YAG single pulse laser as the pump sourse has been proposed. combing seeder injection, dual resonance optical parametric oscillator and multi periodically poled crystals,realizing narrow bandwidth,widely tunable pulse optical parametric oscillator infrared laser output. Technical problems including the linewidth narrowing, frequency tunings and spectrum controlling have been solved.New technology path realizing widely tuanable, narrow bandwidth and multi-functional pulsed optical parametric oscillator has been realized and meet the requirements in many applications..
