中文摘要: 可重构模拟信号处理器可以根据应用要求对模拟信号处理器的功能进行配置,加快模拟系统的实现,缩短产品设计试制的周期,降低试制成本,具有一定的科学研究价值和实用意义。本项目对适用于中低速模拟信号的中等运算精度、中等规模的低功耗可重构模拟信号处理器的一些关键技术进行了研究,包括对可重构模拟信号处理器的体系结构、可配置模拟单元的体系结构及其电路实现、可配置数字单元的体系结构及其电路实现等进行了研究,建立了可重构模拟器件的评估模型,提出了提高可重构模拟器件品质因数的方法。在此基础上,实现了基于粗颗粒功能互补的异质CAB结构的可重构模拟信号处理器,该可重构模拟信号处理器可以实现信号的算术运算、滤波、信号跟踪和检测、高精度的可变增益放大/衰减、比例积分微分(PID)控制环路等模拟信号处理功能,和同等规模的商用芯片相比较,具有更低的功耗和在配置上具有更高的灵活性。同时,本项目还对大动态范围、低功耗、高精度模拟电路设计技术进行了研究,提出了一种新型的带失调电压抵消的差分时域比较器结构和一种新型的恒定跨导轨到轨运算放大器的实现方法,并进行了硅片验证。

英文摘要: Reconfigurable analog signal processors can be configured to implement different functions. They allow rapid prototyping of analog systems, faster time-to-solution compared to discretes or ASIC, and lowering the overall system cost. The key techniques of low power,reconfigurable analog signal processor with medium scale,medium operation accuracy, is under research in this project,including the architecture of the processor, the architecture of the configurable analog block and its circuit implementation, the architecture of the configurable logic block and its circuit implementation。An assessment model on the performance of programmable analog devices is established, and a solution on how to improve its Figure of Merit is proposed. A low power reconfigurable analog signal processor based on a novel coarse-grained function-complementary heterogeneous CAB architecture is fabricated and it can be used to implement the following functions:arithmetic operation, filtering, signal tracking and detecting, high resolution variable gain amplification/attenuation, PID control loop, etc. Compared with the current commercial products in the same scale, it has a 17×mprovement in energy-efficiency.At the same time, the reseach on large dynamic range, low power, high resolution analog circuit design techniques is also done in this project, a differential time domain comparator with offset cancellation and a novel constant-gm rail-to-rail operational amplifer are proposed and their performances are verified by the testing results.
