中文摘要: 减少无线接入网的能耗对于节能减排具有重要意义,通过在LTE无线接入网中引入节能管理机制,可带来显著的节能效益。但是节能管理机制仅依靠传统的无线接入网网络管理是远远不够的,需要基于自主管理技术来研究LTE无线接入网的节能机制。 针对目前LTE无线接入网节能管理研究中存在的缺乏精确能耗模型、节能和补偿机制未考虑多目标、缺少节能执行调度方法等问题,本项目的研究内容为:1)建立精确的LTE无线接入网能耗模型;2)构造面向多目标的自主节能与补偿机制,包括提出基于业务量的节能触发和节能恢复动态判决机制,并设计面向多目标的节能和补偿优化算法;3)提出用户体验影响最小化的节能执行调度方法,最后通过仿真实验来验证相应的机制与算法。通过上述研究,为LTE无线接入网的自主节能管理提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Reducing the energy consumption of radio access network has great significance for Energy saving and emission reduction. Introducing the energy saving mechanism will be great benefit for LTE radio access network. But it is far from enough to rely on the traditional access network management technologies, and the autonomic management technology is needed in the research of energy saving mechanism for LTE radio access network. For the moment, there are some problems in the research field of energy saving management for LTE radio access network, for example, no accurate energy consumption model, not considering the multi-objective in energy saving and compensation mechanisms, no energy saving execution schedule methods. The main topics of the project are: 1) To build the accurate energy consumption model for LTE radio access network; 2) To construct the multi-objective autonomic energy saving and compensation mechanism, including the dynamic adjudgement mechanism to trigger and resume energy saving, and the multi-objective energy saving and compensation algorithms; 3) To propose the energy saving execution schedule method which can minimize the subscribers' experience; and at last, the project will validate the mechanisms and algorithms by emulation.
