中文摘要: 可伸缩视频编码能够为流媒体传输提供自适应网络及终端的需求,但是现有的承载网络还无法适应可伸缩视频编码传输的需求。本项目结合内容分发网络(CDN),研究网络感知、自适应路由,利用可伸缩视频编码策略对流媒体按照网络感知信息进行分片传输实现自适应流媒体传输。本课题主要研究和解决以下问题: 1) 研究可伸缩视频传输的CDN架构。对CDN存储、内容分发、多业务承载等关键技术研究,提出适合可伸缩视频流在CDN上实现网络自适应传输的体系架构。 2) 研究承载网络状态感知技术,为自适应媒体流提供网络决策参数。 3) 研究自适应流媒体切片及管理。利用可伸缩视频编码策略,根据媒体流按照不同的网络参数及需求切片,提出管理策略。 4) 研究网络状态的数字媒体自适应路由策略。根据服务节点负载、资源状况以及承载网络通信质量、路径拥塞状况等制定最佳路由策略。 5) 基于中国电信CDN平台,测试验证自适应流媒体传输系统。

英文摘要: Scalable video coding enables streaming media transmission becoming reality with the adaptive network as well as terminals; however the existing network nowadays still cannot burden the load of the scalable video coded transmission. Combining the Content Delivery Network (CDN), this project is aim at finding an efficient method to achieve the goal by perceiving the network and adapting the route. According to the network condition, we can flexibly adjust scalable video coding strategy and slice the streaming media to achieve the adaptive streaming media transmission. The main subjects of research are as the following issues: 1)building a CDN framework for adaptive streaming media transmitting. Stading the technologies about the CDN storage, content distributtion and multi-services loading, the CDN framework will be proposed to adaptively transmit SVC stream. 2)perceiving the condition of the loading network according to the content delivery command in order to transmit adaptively. 3)Using the scalable video coding methods, slicing and managing schemes for the streaming media transmission will be proposed based on the condition of network and terminal. 4)propose an adaptive route schemes. According to the service node load, resource state and network condition, the optimal routing schemes are completed 5)verify
