中文摘要: 多址接入协议(MAC协议)对无线Ad Hoc网络的性能起着关键作用。设计MAC协议时需要解决的关键问题之一就是如何避免链路间的相互干扰。带内信道预约机制通过带内信令方式,高效率的实现对链路将使用信道资源的预约,进而有效的避免了链路间的干扰。然而,带内信道预约机制中,信道预约信息本身是在无线链路上分发的,因此预约机制的可靠性成为了决定信道预约机制最终性能的关键。项目研究在分布式无线网络中设计可靠带内信道预约机制的方法。取得的主要研究成果包括:(1)提出并分析了基于多步信道预约机制的MAC协议,提高了信道预约机制的可靠性;(2)提出了基于分布式协作预约机制的MAC协议,提高了信道预约机制的可靠性;(3)提出了基于信道预约和忙音机制相结合的MAC协议,提高了基于忙音机制的MAC协议的接入性能;(4)提出了基于信道预约机制的多信道MAC协议,有效解决了控制信道的瓶颈效应;(5)提出了工作在最佳工作点的自适应策略,实现了在非饱和状态下对链路通过率的优化。项目研究得到的主要结论有:(1)可以找到有效的方法提升带内信道预约机制的可靠性;(2)分布式无线网络中,信道预约机制可以有效解决链路间干扰问题。

英文摘要: Medium Access Control Protocols are one of the most important factors influencing the performance of wireless Ad Hoc networks. How to overcome the interference between different links should be solved by MAC protocol designs. In-band channel reservation mechanism can reserve channel resources in advance, and hence can efficiently avoid interference between links. However, the channel reservation information (CRI) itself is distributed over wireless channels, the key problem is how to guarantee the stability of channel reservation mechanism, which is the focus of this project. The main contributions of the project include:(1) MAC protocols based on multiple-step channel reservation are proposed. The stability of channel reservation mechanism is improved. Moreover, its performance is analysed.(2) MAC protocols based on cooperative channel reservation are proposed, which significantly improves the stability of channel reservation mechanism.(3) The channel reservation mechanism and busy-tone mechanism are combined, so as to improve the channel access efficiency of the proposed MAC protocol.(4) In order to solve the bottleneck effect of a control channel, multi-channel MAC protocol based on channel reservation is proposed.(5) In order to optimize the throughput of the network under non-saturation state, adaptive schemes which makes the network operate under optimal working point are proposed. The main conclusions can be summarized as:(1) It is possible to find out efficient ways to improve the stability of channel reservation mechanism.(2) In distributed wireless networks, channel reservation mechanism can effectively solve the problem of interference between links.
