中文摘要: 作为大塑性变形制备超细晶材料的典型方法,多向锻造以其设备简单、可制备大块材料、易实现工业化等优点备受关注。但是,多向锻造变形不均匀的特点及由此导致的变形组织不均匀制约了多向锻造技术的应用和发展。增加材料的表层变形可以减小多向锻造材料的不均匀变形,进而使变形组织更加均匀。相关研究和实践表明,轧制是实现材料表层变形的有效方法。本课题拟结合多向锻造与轧制工艺的变形特点,利用多向锻造实现大塑性变形、细化晶粒,利用轧制消减多向锻造过程的不均匀变形,制备组织均匀的块状超细晶材料。采用数值模拟、多向锻造实验、轧制实验、组织性能分析与理论分析相结合的研究方法考察多向锻造/轧制复合大变形作用下高纯铝变形均匀性及组织演变规律,探讨高纯铝在多向锻造/轧制复合大变形作用下的变形机制及组织演变机理,制备大块、晶粒均匀细小的高纯铝板材,开发可广泛用于制备大块、超细晶材料的多向锻造/轧制复合大变形新工艺。

英文摘要: As one kind of typical method to produce ultrafine grains by severe plastic deformation (SPD), multidirectional forging (MDF), is being specially attention for the advantages such as simple equipment, the potential for producing relatively large work-pieces, easy to implement mass industrial production and so on. As MDF's own characteristics, the inhomogeneous deformation will lead to inhomogeneous deformed structure in the work-pieces, which restricts the development of the MDF. Increasing the surface deformation can reduce the inhomogeneous deformation of the MDF work-pieces, and then eliminate the inhomogeneity of the deformed structures. Related research and practices indicate that rolling is an effective method to realize surface deformation. This topic intend to combine the deformation characteristics of MDF process and rolling process, using the MDF process to produce severe plastic deformation and refine grains of the material, using the rolling process to reduce the deformation inhomogeneneity of MDF work-pieces, and then produce the uniform fine-grained bulk material.
