中文摘要: 据交通部统计, 我国近年来因酒后驾车所导致的交通事故平均每年有25万余起,造成约5万人死亡,直接经济损失近13亿元。传统的检测酒驾方法主要是采用"呼吸式酒精检测仪"来对过往车辆进行抽查,被抽查的车辆比例不到总车量的5%,在这些被抽查的司机当中属于酒驾司机的比例不到1%,所以这种"大海捞针"的检测方式覆盖面小、效率低下。针对此情况,本项目提出一种面向酒驾检测的"面向酒驾检测的可调谐半导体激光器及反射式TDLAS技术研究",旨在着重通过研制一种新型的电流注入式"905nm调谐式垂直腔面发射半导体激光器",并采用反射式"可调谐半导体二极管激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)",来实现一种新型高效的非接触式激光酒驾检测方式,以期将来对酒驾实现宽覆盖面、高效率的检测。

英文摘要: According to the Ministry of Transportation statistics, in recent years due to drunk driving accidents caused by an annual average of 25 million, resulting in about 50,000 deaths, nearly 1.3 billion yuan in direct economic losses. The detection of drunk driving is the main breathing alcohol detector to carry out spot checks on passing vehicles to spot check vehicles for less than 5% of the gross vehicle belonging to these drivers who were tested as the proportion of drunk driving drivers less than 1%, so this "needle in a haystack" detection coverage of small, inefficient. In this case, the project proposes a new research of "Tunable semiconductor laser and reflective TDLAS technology for the drunk driving detection" which aimed at to achieve a new and efficient laser and with the reflective tunable semiconductor diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology could make a wide coverage, high-efficiency checking of drunk driving in the future.
