中文摘要: 结合内蒙古丰富天然气、稀土等资源,拟选择我们已经研究发现的两种甲烷燃烧催化活性较好的纯稀土双钙钛矿型催化剂La2CuMnO6 La2CuNiO6 La2MnMoO6等作为活性组分,分别以γ-A12O3, MgO,CeO2, 复合载体Ce-Mg-O、BaAl12O19等作为载体或同生复合物,采用浸渍法和葡萄糖络合同生法等制备几种未见报道的复合型稀土双钙钛矿型甲烷燃烧催化剂,研究所制备的催化剂的载体效应和同生共存效应,探讨几种掺杂元素和制备方法对La2CuMnO6-MgO体系催化剂的载体效应和同生共存效应的影响。对比分析催化剂活性组分与之共存物之间相互作用和相互组合的匹配性。其意义是阐述总结一些复合型稀土双钙钛矿型催化剂中载体效应和同生共存效应的本质,揭示双钙钛矿型催化剂载体效应和同生共存效应对催化剂性能的关系,在载体效应与同生共存效应原理指导下,优化制备方法,调控性能。

英文摘要: Considering abundant storage of natural gas and rare earth in Inner Mongolia, we select three kinds of rare earth double-perovskite oxides (i.e. La2CuMnO6, La2CuNiO6and La2MnMoO6 ) as active components and metallic oxides (i.e. γ-A12O3, MgO,CeO2, Ce-Mg-O) as supports or co-formation complex for methane combustion. These complex catalysts will be obtained through impregnation and glucose complexation method. The effects of support and intergrowth of catalysts will be studied, proper interaction between active components and intergrowth ingredients will be discussed, and the effects of elements doping and the preparation methods on the Carrier effect and intergrowth effect of La2CuMnO6-MgO series catalysts will be investigated in detail. Significance of these works is to find nature of Carrier effect and intergrowth effect and relations between carrier effect, intergrowth effect and catalytic activities of some complex rare earth double-perovskite oxide catalysts. Under the guidance of those new findings, we expect to optimize preparation and get catalysts with good performance.
