中文摘要: 为了探索氮气与ABC干粉气固两相耦合主动抑制瓦斯爆炸传播的机理,拟从瓦斯爆炸阻火抑爆基础参数、氮气与ABC干粉射流幕阻火抑爆的动态机制、氮气与ABC干粉射流幕阻火抑爆的影响特征等三个方面展开研究,解决氮气与ABC干粉射流幕阻火抑爆关键参数优选数学模型以及氮气与ABC干粉作用下瓦斯爆炸火焰熄灭机制等关键科学问题。建立瓦斯爆炸防爆安全距离分别与瓦斯浓度等因素的耦合关系式,明确ABC干粉在高压氮气与爆炸气流双重作用下的运动规律,探明氮气与ABC干粉作用下瓦斯爆炸火焰微观结构的变化特征,阐明氮气与ABC干粉作用下ABC干粉质量、管道拐弯结构、管道分岔结构等因素对瓦斯爆炸特征参数的影响规律,揭示氮气与ABC干粉气固两相射流幕抑制瓦斯爆炸传播的机理,提出氮气与ABC干粉气固耦合主动抑制瓦斯爆炸传播的方法。研究成果可为今后煤矿巷道和瓦斯输送管道内的隔爆抑爆提供一种新的方法,为瓦斯爆炸的防控研究提供参考。

英文摘要: In order to explore the active mechanism of gas explosion propagation suppression by gas-solid suppressant with nitrogen and ABC powder, the basic parameters, dynamic mechanism and influencing characteristics of gas explosion suppression by nitrogen and ABC powder jet curtain are to be studied. The optimal selection models of key suppression parameters of nitrogen and ABC powder jet curtain, and the flame extinction mechanism of the gas explosion under the action of nitrogen and ABC powder are to be solved. The formulae for the coupling relationships of the explosion-proof safety distance respectively with the methane concentration and other factors are to be established. The motion law of the ABC powder under the action of high pressure nitrogen and explosion airflow is to be obtained. The change of the flame structure of the gas explosion by the action of nitrogen and ABC powder is to be found out. The influences of the ABC powder weight, the pipe bend, and the pipe bifurcation and other factors on the gas explosion parameters under the action of nitrogen and ABC powder are to be elucidated. The mechanism of gas explosion propagation suppression by gas-solid jet curtain with nitrogen and ABC powder is to be revealed. The active method of gas explosion propagation suppression by gas-solid suppressant with nitrogen and ABC powder is to be proposed. This will provide a new method for the suppression of gas explosions in mine roadways and gas transmission pipelines, and as a basis of gas explosion control research.
