中文摘要: 普通Y沸石较小的孔径(0.74 nm)和较大的晶体尺寸导致较慢的传质速率,使其在大分子催化反应方面的应用受到限制。同时,大多数工业催化需要同时使用几种不同类型的分子筛催化剂,发挥它们之间的协同作用。因此,本项目拟采用新的合成方法来制备一种新型的超薄Y沸石纳米片及其与Beta、MCM-41的紧密复合物材料。这些材料具有三个显著特征:(1)超薄颗粒可缩短反应分子的扩散路径,提高扩散效率,延长催化剂使用寿命;(2)Y沸石纳米片上能产生相互贯通的介孔和大孔,充分暴露其活性位,有利于大分子的反应;(3)Y沸石纳米片的介孔或者大孔注入另一种分子筛材料,可以形成几种孔道紧密连接的复合物,有利于提高不同类型分子筛的协同作用。另外,本项目拟在开展新材料合成的同时,运用各种仪器表征手段,探索材料的形成机理,为新型沸石等分子筛材料的合成与应用提供理论基础。本项目设计思路清晰,技术路线新颖,是有意义且可行的。

英文摘要: The slow mass transfer brought by the small pore size (0.74 nm) and large sizes of the common zeolite Y crystals limits their applications on the catalytic reactions of macromolecules. Meanwhile, different kinds of molecular sieves must be made into composites in order to well exert their synergistic effect. Therefore, a novel ultrathin zeolite Y nanosheet and its compact composites with zeolite Beta or MCM-41 will be synthesized by the new techniques in this project. The prepared materials contain three main advantages, (1) the two dimensional zeolite Y nanosheets will shorten the diffusion paths and enhance the diffusion efficiency of reactive molecules, and then prolong the service lifetime of the prepared materials, (2) the perfoliate mesopores or macropores produced in the zeolite Y nanosheets will make the catalytic active sites be exposed, which will be beneficial to the catalytic reactions of macromolecules, and (3) the compact composites of zeolite Y nanosheets and the other molecular sieves prepared by the designed methods might have closely connected pores, which will enhance the synergistic catalytic effect of different molecular sieves.
