中文摘要: 具有大π共轭体系的有机分子由于在有机导体材料,非线性光学材料,近红外材料和分子导线方面的潜在应用而备受关注。卟啉是具有18π电子的四吡咯大环共轭体系,在自然界广泛存在,如血红素和叶绿素。卟啉π共轭体系的延伸可通过卟啉的修饰而得以实现,在大π共轭体系的构筑方面卟啉是很有发展前途的一类化合物。本研究通过模拟光合作用体系色素分子的结构和排列方式,设计合成系列β,β直接桥连的新型卟啉纳米环状化合物。通过氧化偶联,进一步合成卟啉纳米杯或纳米螺帽。通过理论计算和实验数据相结合探讨环状阵列的大小、构型与光物理性能及分子识别性能之间的关系。总结出其内在规律,为后续研究提供指导。通过本项目的研究可望得到性能优良的光收天线模型化合物,双光子吸收化合物,近红外吸收化合物以及新的主体分子。本研究的成功将为卟啉功能材料和纳米材料的发展提供新的思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: Organic molecular with extended π-conjugated systems have attracted considerable interest because of their possible applications to organic conducting materials, non-linear optical (NLO) materials, near-infrared (near-IR) dyes, and molecular wires. Porphyrin, a tetrapyrrolic macrocycle with 18π-electron conjugated system, is an organic molecule widely seen in nature, such as heme and chlorophyll. To extendπ-conjugated system of porphyrin can be realized by suitable modulation. Porphyrin is a promising compound in this facet. This study focus on design and synthesis of β,β directly connected new series of porphyrin nanorings through imitation the arrangement way and structure of pigment in photosynthetic system. Porphyrin nanocups or nanonuts Will be further synthesized through oxidation coupling. Relationships between sizes, conformations and photophysical properties or rocognition properties of cyclic arrays will be explorated with the combination of experimental data and calculations.The inherent rules will be summarized and which could offer guidance in follow-up research. After this study, good performance compounds for light-harvesting antenna model,two photon absorption, near-infrared absorption and new host molecules will be expected.
