中文摘要: 普及云计算技术对我国的信息化及现代化建设和国家发展有重要的意义,但云计算推广与应用中面临诸多挑战,安全问题是其最关键的挑战。同态加密和明文保密计算是解决云存储与云计算安全问题的核心技术,本项目拟研究与此有关的几个问题:(1)设计高效的代数全同态加密算法与协议;(2)针对某些常用代数运算设计高效的部分代数同态加密算法与协议;(3)设计高效的明文保密计算算法与协议;(4)建立同态加密算法与明文保密计算的评价标准。研究中拟采用新方法、应用新困难问题如线性码问题、格中的最短向量问题等设计高效的算法与协议,满足云计算环境的安全性要求。研究结果可以为云计算用户提供满足各种应用需求的安全算法与协议;对同态加密和明文保密计算算法的性能进行全面评价,在实际云计算工作中对加密算法的选择提供指导;解决云计算推广普及中的主要安全问题,实现云计算安全技术突破和自主创新,使我国的云计算安全研究在国际上占有一席之地。

英文摘要: Generalizing cloud computing technology has significance to the informationization, the modernization and the development of our country. The generalization and applications of cloud computing encounter many challenges among which the security problem is the most serious one. Homomorphic encryption and privacy-preserving plaintext computing are the most applicable core technologies to solve the security problem of cloud storage and cloud computing.This program will study some related problems, including (1) designing efficient algebraic fully homomorphic encryption algorithms and computing protocols; (2) designing efficient somewhat homomorphic encryption algorithms and protocols for the most frequently used operations in cloud computing setting; (3) designing efficient algorithms and protocols for privacy-preserving plaintext computing;(4) studying the evaluation criterion for homomorphic encryption and privacy-preserving plaintext computing. In the research, we would adopt new approaches and introduce new hard problems such as the linear code,the shortest vector problem on lattice etc as new security assumptions to construct efficient algorithms meeting the security requirements in cloud computing settings.
