中文摘要: 工业测控应用对无线传感器网络提出了端到端实时可靠数据传输的要求。合作中继技术利用无线通信的广播特性使更多的节点参与数据转发,与传统工业无线传感器网络采用的基于路由表的预分配路由模式形成互补,为保障工业QoS需求提供了新的思路。本项目研究面向工业测控应用的无线传感器网络合作中继策略研究问题,将解决面向工业QoS需求的中继选择与协调控制机制设计、考虑合作中继增益-开销的评价框架建立、基于合作中继建模的工业无线传感网跨层优化方法等挑战性问题。在此基础上,设计和开发仿真平台和物理实验平台,验证本课题所提出合作中继策略的正确性和有效性。本课题的成功开展将为设计高可靠、硬实时、低能耗的工业无线传感网络提供坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: Industrial monitoring and control applications require wireless sensor networks (WSNs) to guarantee the real-time and reliable end to end data transmission. Cooperative relaying technology exploits the wireless broadcast advantage by allowing many nodes acting as relays to forward data, which supplements the traditional routing table-based proactive routing methods in industrial WSNs, and thus presents a promising direction to guarantee the industrial QoS requirement. For efficient cooperative relaying strategies in industrial WSNs, this project will solve the following challenging problems: the industrial QoS-oriented relay selecting and coordinated control mechanism, the cooperative gain-overhead tradeoff evaluation framework, and the relaying modeling-based cross layer optimization method. Based on the above studies, both the simulation and the physical experiment testbeds will be developed to demonstrate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed cooperative relaying strategies. This project will serve as a solid theoretical foundation for building high performance (high reliability, hard real-time, and low energy consumption) industrial WSNs.
