中文摘要: 破碎岩体注浆加固机理是地下工程灾害控制的重要理论难题。本项目拟采用理论分析、室内试验、模拟试验、数值仿真与现场试验相结合的方法开展研究。采用室内试验与微观测试方法,研究破碎岩体注浆前后岩-岩、岩-浆胶结界面特征,获得考虑充填介质类型的破碎岩体胶结模式。开展不同注浆材料与注浆参数的破碎岩体注浆加固模拟试验,揭示被注岩体胶结强化的微观力学机制及宏观力学参数变化规律。基于破碎岩体注浆加固前后力学性能变化规律,研究注浆加固对破碎岩体的强化机制,建立注浆因素与破碎岩体力学指标改善的定量关系。运用理论分析与数值模拟方法,建立考虑注浆因素的破碎岩体加固力学模型,分析开挖扰动下地下工程围岩失稳破坏的注浆抑制机制,揭示破碎岩体注浆加固机理,提出破碎岩体注浆加固的关键技术并应用于工程实践,保障地下工程建设与运营安全,具有重大的理论与实践意义。

英文摘要: The grouting reinorcement mechanism of broken rock is important theoretical problems in the disaster control of underground construction. This project is studied by the combined method of theory analysis、laboratory test、model test、numerical simulation and field test, The cenmented interface characterstics of rock-rock、rock-slurry are studied by the method of laboratory test and microscopic analysis. which can obtain the characteristic of cemented model considering the filling medium in broken rock before and after grouting. The simulation test of grouting reinfocement in broken rock is carried out considering different grouting material and paramters. the micromechanics mechanism and change laws of macroscopic mechanic parameters reflecting the cement strengthing process of the grouting medium are revealed. The differences of mechanic characteristic in broken rock before and after grouting are analized, the strength mechanism of the grouting to broken rock is studied. Thus the quantitative relation of grouting influencing factor and improving of broken rock mechanic property is established.The grouting mechanic model of broken rock considering the grouting influence factors is established by the method of theory analysis and numerical simulation.and the grouting inhibitory mechanisms reflecting the rock unstable
