As a typical application of Web2.0, folksonomy knowledge organization model has opened up a new path of network community knowledge organization. However, either naive structuralist study thought, or research ideas based on subjective dynamics, both have a certain gap from the nature of knowledge organization in folksonomy mode. With the introduction of network analysis theory and technology, research ideas break the shackles of the traditional tree structure, the complicated relationships between community knowledge are revealed. However, the most existing researchings based on network analysis are from the static section of folksonomy community knowledge organization, the knowledge emergence generated in the process of organizing knowledge is rarely cares. Therefore, this project from the community knowledge network architecture dynamic evolution perspective, researches community knowledge organization and knowledge emergence issues in folksonomy model, the main contents include: ① the basic theories of evolution of network structure and community knowledge organization as well as knowledge emerging; ② construction of community knowledge time varying network; ③ researching on topology evolution of community knowledge subgroup; ④ researching on hierarchy evolution of community knowledge; ⑤ researching on community knowledge emergence; ⑥ empirical research on the related theories and models, evaluation and improvements.
