中文摘要: 水声通信技术的发展水平是一个国家综合实力的重要体现。本项目从提高水声通信的有效性和可靠性、降低算法的复杂性的角度出发、结合无线通信和声信号处理的研究成果,来研究基于线性调频-OFDM和MIMO的水声通信关键技术。本项目将重点研究复杂噪声环境下抗多普勒多载波调制理论与技术、多普勒参数估计方法、联合时间空间抗多径分集技术、以及低复杂度的OFDM-MIMO信道资源分配方法等,研究成果有望提高现有水声通信的可靠通信效率。由于我国是海洋大国,开发海洋是新世纪国家的发展战略之一。水声通信作为水下主要的通信手段, 能够提供海洋产业开发的各种信息服务系统和产品,因此研制具有高可靠通信的水声通信技术意义深远。并且本项目的研究成果在民用和军事领域方面均有非常好的应用前景。

英文摘要: The developing level of the underwater acoustic communication is an important reflection of country comprehensive strength. The project studies the key techoniques of underwater acoustic channel based on the LFM-OFDM and MIMO, from the view of improving reliability of communication and descending the complexity of algorithm, with the research results in wireless communication and acoustic signals processing. The project will put emphasis on the multi-carrier modulation theory and technology against doppler frequency shift、the method of Doppler parameters estimation、diversity technique combined with space and time against multipath effects、the method of OFDM-MIMO channel resource allocation with low complexity, and so on, and the research results are expected to improve the reliable communication efficiency in acoustic communication. Because China owns a wide ocean, exploitation for ocean is one of the development stratagems in new century. Underwater acoustic communication as a pivotal communication method underwater can provide all kinds of information service and products in the domain of ocean exploitation, so study on high reliable underwater acoustic communication technology is significant. And the research results of this project have a great potential in military and civilian areas.
