中文摘要: 随着大数据时代的来临,独立云计算平台能够提供的服务能力已经难以满足大数据及相关应用在数据量、多样性及实时性等方面的要求。因此,云计算技术正在向新的方向演进,其重要的演进方向之一便是互联云。本项目拟针对互联云服务的最终载体--互联云数据中心开展服务资源分配与调度优化机制的研究。首先,深入研究互联云环境下的QoS指标体系,分析云间网络代价对互联云的影响,提出一种适用于互联云数据中心的资源整合模型;其次,结合互联云数据中心资源整合模型,利用分布式拍卖算法、博弈论等方法提出互联云数据中心分布式资源分配机制,并结合反馈控制及多目标优化算法设计相应的服务资源调度优化策略;最终,以大数据应用特点为依据,结合上述研究成果,提出面向大数据的互联云数据中心服务资源管理体系。本项目将从机制的角度探索互联云的特点,为解决互联云数据中心的关键问题提供基础及方法层次的解决方案,为大数据相关应用提供良好的平台支撑能力。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of Big Data, traditional independent cloud computing platform cannot provide sufficient services to meet the requirement of Big Data applications in terms of large volume, high variety and real-time property. Therefore, the cloud computing technology has evolved to new stage, and one of the most popular directions of the evolution is so called InterCloud. This project will focus on the fundamental platform for intercloud services, i.e., InterCloud Data Center. Our research will investigate the problem of service resource allocation and scheduling. Firstly, the QoS of the intercloud, as well as other factors, will be analyzed. And then, a resource integration model for intercloud will be proposed with respect to the impact of Intercloud networks status. Secondly, distributed task allocation mechanisms for intercloud data centers will be developed using distributed auction algorithms and game theories. In the meantime, Strategies for the optimization of the service resource scheduling will be designed utilizing methods such as feedback control and multi-objective optimization. Finally, the characteristic of Big Data applications will be considered in developing an integrated service resource management framework, containing the aforementioned research results. This project will deeply investigate the properties of Big Data in the level of mechanisms, and provide varies solutions for the key issues within the research of intercloud data center, which will support big data applications with fundamental intercloud platforms.
