中文摘要: 含有三氟甲基官能团的化合物是有机氟化合物中十分重要的一类,由于其具有极强的吸电子能力、高的亲油性和新陈代谢稳定性,在现代农业化学及医药化学中扮演着十分重要的角色,如何高效的构建C-CF3键引起了化学家们广泛的重视。虽然过渡金属催化的三氟甲基化反应已经被证明是引入CF3的一种有效策略。然而,利用炔烃串联环化的方法构建Csp2-CF3键的研究还很少见。因此,利用该策略构建Csp2-CF3键的方法学研究将具有重要的学术意义和科学价值。本项目将探索新的过渡金属催化下的炔烃串联环化体系,扩展其应用范围,深入系统的研究串联环化的三氟甲基化反应。重点考察炔烃类化合物的串联环化三氟甲基化反应的活性差异、选择性问题和反应机理,寻求三氟甲基化反应的新方法和新体系。本项目的研究内容涉及过渡金属催化、串联环化及三氟甲基化等,在药物分子的合成和化学催化等研究领域具有广泛的应用前景和重要的理论与应用研究价值。

英文摘要: Molecules bearing a trifluoromethyl group constitute one of the most important classes of fluorinated compounds. Trifluoromethylated compounds play a unique and important role in agricultural and medicinal chemistry due to the fact that introduction of the trifluoromethyl group possess many desirable characteristics such as electron-withdrawing character, high lipophilicity, and excellent metabolic stablitity. As a consequence, the exploitation of efficient methods to construct C-CF3 bond has received much attention. Although transition metal-catalyzed trifluoromethylation reactions have proved to be an efficient method to introduce a CF3 moiety into aromatic compounds. However, the trifluoromethylation of cascade cyclization strategy and substrate scopes have still been very limited. Therefore, the study of this strategy involved the formation of Csp2-CF3 bonds will have profound academic significance and scientific value. The contents of this project include transition metals catalyzed, cascade cyclization and trifluoromethylation reactions. It will focus specifically on the mechanistic investigations, as well as the reactivity and selectivity differences of the trifluoromethylation of the alkyne compounds. The transformation of this type has the important theories and the application values, and will undoubtedly find widespread application across the chemical field, including in the synthesis of medicinal molecules and chemical catalysis.
