中文摘要: 近来,钯催化的碳-氢键活化/羰基化反应因对环境有着良性的影响和较高的原子经济性而吸引了人们大量的关注。它不需要预官能化碳-氢键,并且避免了因使用化学当量的金属试剂所带来的潜在问题。然而,与其它从芳基卤化物开始的羰基化反应相比,钯催化的碳-氢键活化/羰基化反应还处在起始阶段,研究还很少。因此,这一领域有着很大的发展前景,值得我们进一步探索研究。本项目拟完成:1)钯催化的芳基碳-氢键活化/羰基化反应。通过选用适当的导向基团与钯催化剂进行配合,从而活化芳基碳-氢键,实现芳基碳-氢键反应的调控;2)钯催化的sp3碳-氢键活化/羰基化反应。通过选用相对活泼的烯丙基及苄基sp3碳-氢键,α位为杂原子的sp3碳-氢键,以及连有导向基团的sp3碳-氢键。将sp3碳-氢键活化/羰基化形成链状或环状羰基化合物;3)最后尝试捕捉反应中间体,阐明反应机理。

英文摘要: Recently, palladium-catalyzed C-H activation/carbonylation has drawn a great deal of attention for its synthetic efficiency and benign environmental impact. It does not require pre-functionalized C-H bond, and avoid the potential problems caused by using stoichiometric metal reagents. However, compare to other palladium-catalyzed carbonylation reaction of aryl halides, palladium-catalyzed C-H activation/carbonylation is less studied. This program is going to develop: 1)palladium-catalyzed carbonylation of aryl C-H bond, by selecting the appropriate directing group chelation with palladium catalyst. Thereby activating aryl C-H bond to control the reaction; 2)development of palladium-catalyzed sp3 C-H bond activation/carbonylation, through the relative reactive allylic and benzylic C-H bonds, sp3 C-H bonds α-to some heteroatoms, and sp3 C-H bond with directing groups. Thereby activation and carbonylation of sp3 C-H bond to form chain or ring carbonyl compounds; 3)finally try to capture the reaction intermediates to clarify the reaction mechanism.
