中文摘要: 碳氢键的活化以及官能化反应将反应活性较低的碳氢键直接转化为碳碳或碳杂原子键,是近年来有机化学研究的热点之一。通过导向基团引导的过渡金属催化芳烃碳氢官能化反应,对基团邻位的碳氢键实现高选择性的官能化转化,是一个非常重要又极具挑战性的工作。目前,导向的钯催化芳烃碳氢官能化反应通常在有机溶剂中进行。和有机溶剂相比,水具有廉价、安全、环境友好、操作简单等特点,是最理想的"绿色溶剂"。本项目拟在水相催化偶联以及多组分反应研究基础上,采用合适的钯催化剂,在水相中实现导向的芳烃碳氢官能化反应,构建碳碳及碳杂原子键;在研究催化机理的同时,将其应用于天然产物及生物功能分子的全合成。

英文摘要: Activation and functionalization of low reactive carbon-hydrogen bond to be carbon-carbon or carbon-heteroatom bond has become one of research hotspots in organic chemistry recently. It is a very important and challenging work to functionalize C-H bond which is in the ortho position of guide group in aroamtic compounds. At present, most of Pd-catalyzed ligand-directed aromatic C-H activation reactions are performed in organic solvents. Compared with organic media, water is obviously greener or more environmentally acceptable solvent for this type of transformation. Based on the former studies on catalyzed coupling and mutiple-component reactions in water, applicant plan to select proper palladium catalysts for the direct functionalization of aromatic C-H bond in water to construct carbon-carbon or carbon-heteroatom bond. The mechanism of the developed aqueous catalysis will be investigated. Meanwhile, some natual product or biofunctional molecules will be synthesized by this method.
