中文摘要: Internet环境动态、多变的特性使得服务的质量呈现出明显的"不确定性", 服务质量预测成为相关应用(动态服务选择、组装等)中最为关键的步骤之一。现有研究尚未对服务质量预测技术进行明确、深入的探讨- - 大多数研究都直接将服务质量属性的度量方法(比如使用长期历史性数据取平均值等方法)直接用于预测:这样的方式显然不能得到较为精确的预测结果。本项目以Web Services的服务质量作为研究对象,具体研究服务质量预测的支持机制、以及服务质量的动态预测机制。本项目的研究成果包括,提出了一种多源的服务质量信息采集框架、提出了基于模式发现的服务响应时间预测技术、提出了一种面向场景基于预测的Web Services自动选择机制以及服务软件适配机制。

英文摘要: Dynamic Internet environment, changing the quality of service features that make a clear showing of "uncertainty", quality of service predictions related applications (dynamic service selection, assembly, etc.) in one of the most critical step. Existing research on service quality estimation has not been a clear in-depth discussion - most of the studies attribute directly to the quality of service metrics (such as long-term historical data using the method of averaging, etc.) directly used to predict: in such a way obviously can not get more accurate predictions. The Web Services project to the quality of service as a research object, the specific prediction of quality of service support mechanisms, and predict the dynamic quality of service mechanisms. The project includes research, we propose a multi-source information collection service quality framework is proposed based on patterns found in the service response time prediction technology, presents a scenario based forecasts for the auto-selection mechanism of Web Services and Service Software adaptation mechanism.
