中文摘要: 针对现代毫米波系统对毫米波上下转换的调谐性、高频工作、多通道并行处理和大带宽的需求并根据国内外发展趋势,提出和论证基于四倍频光电振荡器的可调谐多通道毫米波上下转换,以低成本和高性能的低频微波器件实现高频率、可调谐、多通道并行工作的毫米波上下转换。通过对光电振荡器稳态谐振模型、基于偏振调制的色散调谐机理、基于四倍频光电振荡器的载频提取和多通道上下转换机理的深入研究,在有关基于光电振荡器的多通道毫米波上下转换的高频工作、调谐性能提升、高质量毫米波载频提取,多通道并行工作等关键问题上取得创新性成果。基于工作于毫米波波段的高性能可调谐四倍频光电振荡器,构建可调谐多通道毫米波并行上下转换系统平台,揭示毫米波系统对基于四倍频光电振荡器的可调谐多通道毫米波上下转换的特性需求。本课题的研究成果可与无线通信、雷达、电子对抗、航空等技术结合,为发展高性能毫米波应用系统提供基础。

英文摘要: Aim at the requirement of modern millimeter-wave systems about millimeter-wave up and down conversion at the characters of tunability, high working frequency,multi-channel parallel processing and working bandwidth,and in accordance with the domestic and international development trends, we propose and demonstrate high performance multi-channel millimeter-wave up and down conversion based on tunable frequency-quadrupling optoelectronic oscillator. High performance at high working frequency can be obtained based on low cost and high performance low-frequency microwave devices. Through the deep research about the steady oscillation state model of optoelectronic oscillator, the dispersion tuning mechanism based on optical polarization modulation, and the millimeter-wave carrier extraction and multi-channel up and down conversion based on frequency-quadrupling optoelectronic oscillator, innovative achievements can be made with the high working frequency, wide tuing range, high-quality carrier frequency extraction and multi-channel millimeter-wave synchronous up and down conversion based on optoelectronic oscillator.
