中文摘要: 氧化亚氮(N2O)是一种温室气体,还能破坏臭氧层,使用催化法能高效脱除工业生产和交通运输中产生的N2O。本课题拟针对N2O分解反应,探索金属(Fe、Co、Ni)离子交换的ZSM-11以及Fe2O3/ZSM-11复合催化剂的制备方法和制备细节、预处理、反应条件对N2O分解的影响,理清影响催化剂N2O分解性能的关键因素及其原因,探明催化剂活性位的本质,构建催化剂结构、性质和催化性能的关联,为后续工业研发和机理研究奠定基础。本项目对开拓ZSM-11型沸石在N2O分解中的应用、提供这一催化反应的基础认识等方面具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Nitrous oxide (N2O) is a greenhouse gas. It can also deplete the ozone layer. N2O coming from industrial manufacture and transportation can be eliminated efficiently by catalytic means. This project plans to explore the N2O decomposition on ZSM-11-bases catalysts. Specifically, two types of relevant yet different catalysts are to be used: (1) metal ions-exchanged ZSM-11; (2) Fe2O3/ZSM-11 composite. By studying the synthesis, characterization, and N2O decomposition activity of these catalysts, we want to make clear the influence of catalyst preparation methods, preparation details and pretreatment on the catalytic performance, illustrate the structural features and the nature of active sites, and lay foundations for the future industrial development and mechanistic study. This study has important scientific and practical merits in exploring the application of ZSM-11-based catalysts in N2O decomposition and providing fundamental understanding of this reaction.
