中文摘要: 本项目在研究过渡金属催化的芳炔反应过程中发现了一些新的C-H活化,C-C键活化以及C-N键的形成反应等。(1)发展了铜催化的末端炔烃的加氢烷基化反应;(2)发展了一种全新的芳基烯烃的双官能团化反应;(3)发展了一种高效制备β#33018;基酮的的方法;(4)发展了一种高选择性的吲哚嗪烯基化反应体系;(5)发展了铁催化的C-N键偶联反应,报道了高效合成炔胺的路径;(6)发展了一种温和,高效的方法实现了吲哚的自身偶联;(7)铜催化下N邻位碳氧键化合物与炔烃的偶联反应;(8)发展了一种高效的吲哚的直接芳基化反应;(9)铁催化下的吲哚自偶联反应;(10)铁催化下的通过烯胺进行吲哚3-烷基;(11)镍催化的炔烃与亚甲基环丙烷分子内环化反应;(12)发展了铜催化下,吲哚嗪3- sp2 C-H键与N邻位sp3 C-H键的氧化脱氢偶联反应;(13)发展了Pd催化吲哚嗪3- sp2 C-H键酰基化反应;(14)发展了Pd催化吡啶导向芳基化和烯基化反应;(15)发展了铁催化的由1,3-二羰基化合物高效合成1,2-二羰基化合物的方法;(16)铁催化下的炔丙基醚烷基化的反应;(17)发展了Pd催化下,γ#33459;基化反应。

英文摘要: Transition-metal catalyzed reactions of C-H and C-C activation as well as C-N formation reaction were developed in the research of transition-metal-catalyzed reactions involving arynes.(1) Copper-Catalyzed hydroalkylation of alkynes was developed; (2)A novel difunctionalization reaction of vinylarenes was developed;(3)An efficient alternative route to beta-arylamino ketones was developed;(4)Highly regioselective palladium-catalyzed oxidative coupling of indolizines and vinylarenes was developed;(5)Iron-catalyzed amidation of alkynyl bromides was developed, providing a facile route for the preparation of ynamides;(6)Palladium-catalyzed regioselective oxidative coupling of indoles was developed;(7)Copper-catalyzed coupling reaction of C?OMe bonds adjacent to a nitrogen atom with terminal alkynes was developed;(8)Highly regioselective arylation of indoles was developed;(9)Iron-catalyzed oxidative homo-coupling of indoles was developed;(10)FeCl3-promoted alkylation of indoles by enamides was developed;(11)Ni-Catalyzed intramolecular cycloaddition of methylenecyclopropanes to alkynes was developed;(12)Copper-catalyzed oxidative cross-Coupling of N,N-dimethylanilines with heteroarenes was developed;(13)Palladium-catalyzed C-3 acylation of indolizines was developed;(14)Palladium(II)-catalyzed direct alkenylation and arylation of arenes using Pyridine as directing group was developed;(15)Iron-promoted C– bond cleavage of 1,3-diketones providing an efficient route to 1,2-diketones was developed;(16)Iron catalyzed alkylation of propargyl ethers was developed;(17)Palladium-catalyzed regioselective γrylation reaction was developed.
