中文摘要: 本课题研究一种基于多电平变换器的新型混合储能系统,提出了一种均压电路通用拓扑结构,可实现储能单体的串联均压,有利于提高储能单元的效率和延长使用寿命;储能单元结合多电平变换器组成储能系统,模块化程度较高,可通过增加串联个数和并联个数,进一步提高储能系统容量。由于采用了多电平技术,储能系统的输出电压波形质量高,谐波含量小,可减少或消除对电网的谐波污染,显著提高系统的控制性能。储能系统使用了蓄电池和超级电容两种储能介质,利用超级电容充放电速度快的特点,实现短时间存储和释放能量,弥补蓄电池虽然储电量高,但瞬时充放电能力较差的缺点。课题研究了储能系统能量管理策略和优化调制算法,提高了系统谐波特性和运行效率,实现了蓄电池和超级电容两种储能介质的优势结合。课题提出的混合储能系统可用于电力系统、可再生能源发电、电动汽车、电机驱动等场合,达到快速储存和释放能量、平抑功率波动、提高能量利用效率的目的。

英文摘要: This project proposed a novel hybrid storage system based on multi-level converter. A group of storage cells are serialized to enhance the voltage rating. An voltage equalization universal circuit, which consists of basic equalization modules, is utilized to balance the voltage of each cell, thus the reliability of the storage modules are significantly improved. As an combination of the storage module and multi-level converter, a hybrid storage system is established. The output voltage of the system is multi-level staircase waveforms and the total harmonic distortation is reduced. Thus improve the harmonic issue. Also, the characteristics of the system is improved becaused of the high quality output voltages. Two kinds of storage elements, which are the batteries and the super capacitors are adpoted in the relative hybrid storage system. The batteries can store a large amount of energy while it cannot be charged rapidly. The super capacitors cannot store as much energy as the batteries, but it can be chareged or dischared rapidly. The combination of the two elements makes the hybrid system attractive in energy transfer. The energy management strategy and modulation method are both proposed in this project to improve the efficiency and harmonic characteristics. The target hybrid storage system in this project can
