中文摘要: 差分电路或系统因其对外界噪声和电磁串扰等具有高度免疫能力而倍受关注,且随着芯片技术的发展日益增多,而差分无源电路特别是差分功率分配类器件的研究相对滞后。同时,随着无线终端和无线系统设备在向小型化、高集成度的方向发展,微波前端电路与天线也要求具有高集成度、尺寸小的特点。鉴于此,本课题将深入开展新型差分微波功率分配类器件及其协同设计的研究,提高电路性能和减小电路尺寸。主要内容包括各种的差分功率分配类器件包括差分功分器、差分耦合器、差分混合网络、差分魔T等,完善电路设计方法、推导相关公式,并进行宽带、双通带器件设计,优化各方面性能。同时,探索单端差分混合式功率分配类器件理论与设计,以满足更复杂系统的需要。在此基础上进行差分/单端差分混合式功率分配类器件与其它微波电路或天线的集成化协同设计研究,探索此类协同设计的共性问题,整合电路功能,减少器件的数目、体积,提高性能,达到1+1>2的效果。

英文摘要: Differential circuits and systems have drawn much attention due to their high immunity to the environmental noise and electromagnetic (EM) interferences, and got rapid development with the development of chip technology. However, the research of passive differential circuits, especially the differential devices for power distribution, are relatively slow. Meanwhile, the RF front-end circuits and antenna are required to have high integration and small size under the trend of high-integration and miniaturized wireless terminals and systems. Based on this, the novel differential devices for power distribution and its co-design with other circuits and antennas will be carried out, where improved performance and compact size can be achieved. One part of the content of this project is various differential devices for power distribution, such as differential power divider, differential coupler, differential hybrid and differential magic-T, and so on, where the design method and related equation will be completed for high performance. Devices with wideband or dual-band performance will be developed. Meanwhile, unbalanced-to-balanced or balanced-to-unbalanced devices for power distribution will be studied to satisfy more complicated systems. Lastly, we will perform the co-design of the differential/unbalanced-to-balanced/balanced-to-unbalanced devices for power distribution and other microwave circuits or antennas. The target is to explore the common problems of such co-designs, reduce the number of the devices and the size, improve the performance, and finally realize the effect of 1+1>2.
