中文摘要: 随着特长隧道的日益增多,运营通风作为保证隧道运营安全不可缺少的环节日益受到重视,甚至成为决策隧道方案、维持正常运营的首要大事。但由于对隧道自然风的认知误区,将其定义为阻力且设计值与实际不符,造成装机功率严重过剩或不足,对运营安全产生隐患,并带来长期耗能浪费,使得我国特长隧道处于建得起,用不起的局面。本项目针对气候分隔带影响下的特长分段隧道自然风利用判定基准、作用机理、计算方法及基于保证率的自然风节能利用模式开展研究。将明确提出特长隧道可利用自然风的判定基准,得到气候分隔带影响下的特长分段隧道自然风压的作用机理,建立自然风压计算方法,提出有效利用自然风的节能控制模式及实现方法。从判定基准、作用机理、计算参数取值、公式适用性、具体利用策略、实施效果等方面为特长隧道运营通风设计、实施提供计算方法和实施策略,确保特长隧道工程的运营安全、节能,为今后类似工程的规划设计和运营提供理论和技术支撑。

英文摘要: With the increment of super-long tunnel, operation ventilation as indispensable to ensure the safety of tunnel operation is becoming more and more important, and even become the principal thing about tunnel plan decision and normal operation maintenance.Because the misunderstanding of natural winds in the tunnel, we define the natural wind as a resistance and a speed far less than the actual one. As the result, installed powers become overcapacity or insufficient, and there are many dangerous in tunnel operation safety and long term energy waste.The situation of our super-long tunnel's operation is that building is affordable, but using is unaffordable.This application is reaching on acting mechanism and computation method of the natural wind pressure in the super-long segmented tunnel affected by the climate separation zone and energy saving model of natural wind based on assurance rate.The researching results include criterion standard of natural wind using, acting mechanism and computation method of the natural wind pressure in the super-long segmented tunnel affected by the climate separation zone, the control models and realization methods about energy saving using natural wind.The computation method and using ways, will be provided for design and implementation of super-long tunnel's operation wind. They will include criterion standard, acting mechanism, computation method, formula applicability, specific use of strategy and implementation effect. And all the results can provide theoretical and technical support for the planning and design and operation of the similar projects in the future.
