中文摘要: 聚合物太阳能电池具有成本低、重量轻、制作工艺简单、可制备成柔性器件等突出优点,是目前太阳能电池研究的热点。但由于目前聚合物的吸收光谱较窄,载流子迁移率较低,稳定性差等限制了此类电池的商业化应用。 本课题拟采用噻吩吡咯并吡咯二酮(TDPP)和呋喃吡咯并吡咯二酮(FDPP)为受体单元,用联噻吩/噻吩联呋喃/联呋喃烷基链取代的苯并二噻吩为给体单元,进行Stille coupling 缩合聚合,得到八个D-A型共轭聚合物,并研究该系列材料的光电性能。同时,用PCBM作为电子受体,制备体异质结聚合物太阳能电池,研究聚合物/PCBM最佳配比,优化活性层形貌,提高聚合物电池光电转化效率和耐久性。这类电池如开发成功,将有望成为第三代高效率、高稳定性的聚合物太阳能电池,是具有较强的前瞻性研究课题。

英文摘要: Bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells show great promise due to their low cost,light weight, easy processing technigues, and can be used to fabricate flexible devices. However, large-scale commercial appilications are limitted becase of the narrow absorption spectrum, low charge mobilities and unstability of congugated polymers. In this program, thiophene-diketopyrrolopyrrole (TDPP) or furan-diketopyrrolopyrrole (FDPP) is used as acceptors, alkybithiophen/thiophene-furan/bifuran substituted benzodithiophenes is used as donors, 8 D-A type cojugated copolymers will be obtained through stille coupling reaction. The photo-electric properties of the materials will be investigated, also, BHJ polymer solar cells combined with the new polymers and PCBM as active layer will be fabricated, the concentration ratio and the layer morphlogy will be optimizied for further improving the power convertion efficiency and stability of the devices. If this type of solar cells were successful developed, it will have huge protential for the high efficiency, high stability of third-generation polymer solar cells, so this study is a perspective program.
