中文摘要: 小分子/聚合物混合网络具有成膜性好、稳定性高、可溶液加工等优点,是构筑晶体管(大面积显示、柔性电子和传感器的核心元件)的理想有源层。而晶体管性能的高低取决于混合网络的结构,其形成在本质上是一个自组装过程。本项目正是基于这一背景,以可溶性稠环化合物为主要研究对象,比较研究其在常规溶剂和聚合物中的自组装行为,揭示聚合物的种类、聚合度等对网络结构的影响规律,为小分子/聚合物网络的可控制备提供实验和理论依据。在此基础上,比较研究混合网络的结构与晶体管性能的关系,重点考察具有垂直相分离的混合网络,探索其在高性能晶体管中的潜在应用。

英文摘要: Small molecule/polymer blend networks, which are easy to form film, highly stable, and solution-processable, are ideal candidate as the active layers of transistors (core units in large-area displays, flexible electronics, and sensors). However, the transistor performance strongly depends on the structure of blend networks, and the formation of blend networks is via a self-assembling process in nature. In this project, the self-assembly of small-molecule semiconductors in polymer solution is investigated as well as in conventional solvents. The effects of contents and molecular weights of polymer on network structures are revealed, which provides experimental and theoretical guide for the controllable fabircation of blend networks. Based on the above results, the correlation between network structures and transistor performance is also explored, in particular, for those with vertical phase separation.
