中文摘要: 当前物联网RFID信息安全主要建立在RFID标签信息加密认证以及RFID芯片的防克隆技术之上。一个被忽视的RFID系统基本安全条件是:确保具有不可克隆芯片并储存有经过安全加密信息的RFID标签,被附着于其应该附着的物体上。否则,RFID系统信息安全将成为无本之源。因此,需要探索从RFID系统信息源头开始的安全机制。为此,我们提出将RFID标签附着物体在阅读器UHF电磁波辐照下的响应特征与标签绑定,即在通常的RFID信息中绑定物性特征,构成一个新的RFID系统安全框架。本项目拟通过研究附着有RFID标签的不同材质、不同形状的物体在UHF 电磁波照射下激发的表面波、爬行波产生机理及特点,在标签上设计可有效感知并提取物性特征的耦合结构及电路,针对若干典型物体设计并测试可绑定物性的新型RFID标签,并研究结合物性特征的RFID系统安全技术。通过此项研究,为未来物联网中的物性绑定安全技术打下基础。

英文摘要: Prevailing information security techniques for RFID systems are mainly based on information encryption during the interrogation of RFID ASIC and the so-called physical unclonalbe chip. In fact, a more essential consideration for RFID information security is that an encrypted RFID tag with unclonable RFID chip should be bound together with a designated object. Otherwise, the information security system built for RFID system will collapse from the root. Therefore, we must work out a solution without increasing significantly the cost of RFID deployment. To enhance the information security of present RFID systems, we may combine characteristics extracted from response of a tagged object under UHF excitation with RFID chip information interrogated. In this project, we will try to investigate a novel RFID information security mechanism by 1) extracting distinct features of creeping wave or surface wave formed on tagged object under excitation of UHF microwave emitted from an RFID interrogator, 2) designing the coupling structures and circuits in RFID tag for effective capture of the creeping or surface wave, 3)building several prototype RFID tags that can be bound together with metallic or dielectric objects of some specific shapes for demonstration, and 4)including response characteristics extracted for tagged object
