中文摘要: 在传统的聚合物太阳能电池中,活性层通常是由聚合物电子给体和富勒烯电子受体材料组成。尽管取得了巨大的成功,但富勒烯价格昂贵、吸收光谱和能级调制较为困难。因此,开发高效的n型聚合物电子受体材料来替代富勒烯备受关注。基于二酰亚胺的n型聚合物结构多样、热稳定性好、电子亲和势高,是最具前途的电子受体材料。本项目拟设计合成多种二酰亚胺类n型聚合物,研究聚合物结构与吸收光谱、电子能级、载流子迁移率以及光伏性能之间的内在联系。通过采用吸收光谱互补、能级匹配、共混性优良的p型聚合物,同时利用新型的界面修饰材料,最终实现光电转换效率超过7%、可溶液加工的、低成本的全聚合物太阳能电池。开发新型高效的二酰亚胺类n型聚合物光伏材料,对全聚合物太阳能电池的理论研究和实际应用均具有重要意义。

英文摘要: In conventional polymer solar cells, the active layer usually consists of a mixture of polymer electron donor and fullerene electron acceptor. Despite the remarkable success, fullerene derivatives are very expensive, difficult to modulate the absorption spectra and energy levels. Thus, it attracts much attention to develop effective n-type polymers as electron acceptor to replace fullerene derivatives. Diimide-containing n-type polymers are promising electron acceptors because of the variety of structures, excellent thermal stability and high electron affinity. In this project, we will design and synthesize many imide-based n-type polymers and investigate the relationship between polymer structures and absorption spectra, energy levels, charge carrier mobility and photovoltaic performance. By using suitable p-type polymers with complementary absorption spectra, well-matched energy levels and good miscibility, meanwhile adopting novel interfacial materials, we will fabricate solution processed and low-cost all-polymer solar cells with power conversion efficiency over 7%. The development of novel and effective diimide-based n-type photovoltaic polymers has great significance for both theoretical investigation and practical application of all-polymer solar cells.
