中文摘要: 本课题组前期研究从丹参中发现了1株能够产生丹参酮I和丹参酮ⅡA、且能够显著促进丹参毛状根生长及其中丹参酮类成分生物合成的内生真菌D16(深绿木霉,Trichoderma atroviride)。本项目计划:应用微生物学和现代分离分析手段分离鉴定D16促进丹参酮类成分生物合成的有效物质(活性因子);从信号转导、转录水平和代谢水平三个方面研究D16活性因子对丹参酮生物合成的调控作用,揭示其调控作用的分子机理;在人工气候室和试验田内考察D16对栽培丹参植株生长及其根中活性成分含量的影响,为将D16作为生物菌肥应用于丹参栽培,促进其生长和提高药材品质提供科学依据。期望通过活性因子-作用机制-栽培应用的首次系统研究为揭示内生真菌影响药用植物及中药材品质提供理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: Previous studies have found an endophytic fungus, Trichoderma atroviride D16, from Salvia miltiorrhiza, which produced tanshinone I and tanshinoneⅡA itself and promoted Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root growth and the synthesis of tanshinones in the roots. This study plans to investigate the material basis of D16 promoting the synthesis of tanshinones with the means of modern microbiology, separation and analysis technology, and find out the molecular mechanisms from the combinational research on the change of signal transduction, transcription and metabolism, and research the effects of D16 on the medicinal plant Salvia miltiorrhiza in the artificial climate cultural house and test field respectively to accumulate scientific evidences for utilization of D16 in Salvia miltiorrhiza cultivation. To accomplish this first systemic study in active factor, molecular mechanism and cultivation utilization will be helpful to provide experimental evidence and theoretical basis to explain how the endophytic fungi influence the quality of traditional Chinese medicines.
