中文摘要: 病原微生物是室内空气中主要的污染物之一,开发环境友好的杀菌技术对提高室内空气质量、保障人体健康有重要的环境意义。催化杀菌技术是利用催化剂活化氧分子产生活性氧物种来杀灭病原微生物。同常用的紫外光、臭氧、化学药剂等技术相比,该技术是一种环境友好、安全高效的杀菌技术。目前,寻找和制备能有效产生活性氧的催化剂是该技术进一步发展的关键。本研究以前期研发的高效银系催化剂为基础,首先可控制备不同形貌和尺寸的能有效产生活性氧的新型金属氧化物,然后负载少量银物种,考察载银前后金属氧化物在室内空气杀菌中的形貌和尺寸效应;通过对杀菌效果、银与载体之间相互作用等研究,优选最佳银/金属氧化物催化剂新体系,实现在提高杀菌活性的同时,提高银系催化剂的稳定性;最后通过催化剂表征、催化反应机理等问题的研究,阐明催化剂结构-活性的构效关系和杀菌机理,为高效、经济的室内空气杀菌催化剂的开发提供新供新思路和技术支持。

英文摘要: Pathogenic microbes are one of main contaminants in indoor air. It is very important to study environmentally friendly sterilization technology for improving the quality of indoor air and ensuring human health. Catalytic sterilization can inactivate pathogenic microbes through reactive oxgen species (ROS) which is formed by activation of oxygen molecule with catalyst.Compared with the commonly used steriliztion technology such as ultrviolet irradiation, ozonation, disinfectant,catalytic steriliztion is high effective and environmentally friendly. In order to optimize catalytic sterilization method, it is very necessary to prepare novel catalyst that could produce ROS effectively. Recently,we have reported that silver loaded catalysts had high bactericidal effect. Based on our previous studies,this work will focus on exploring metal oxdies with different shapes and sizes that could produce ROS.The bactericidal activity of metal oxides with and without silver loaded will be studied.The optimal catalyst with high bactericidal activity and stability will be selected by combination study of bactericidal activity and interaction between silver and metal oxide.The bactericidal mechanism and relationship of catalyst structure and activity will be explored through catalyst characterization and experimental analysis.The
