中文摘要: 脑-机接口(Brain-Computer Interface,BCI)通过分析载有意愿的脑电信号,在脑和外部设备间建立直接连接通道,同时通过反馈引导使用者与外界交互。近年来,神经康复成为BCI一个新的研究热点。然而,一些关键问题有待解决:1)基于BCI技术的交互康复训练技术与传统康复方法的效果差异在大脑中是如何体现的?2)以往的研究多采用"功能定位"的研究思路,集中比较相应运动区训练前后的差异,然而从"功能整合"角度,大脑整体各个区域之间的协同作用是怎样变化的?3)交互康复训练技术在大脑可塑性方面起着怎样的作用,能否对大脑皮层功能重组产生更加广泛的作用?本课题拟基于脑电(EEG),构建针对上肢功能障碍中风患者的交互康复训练系统,利用脑功能网络分析方法从"功能整合"角度研究训练过程中的大脑可塑性变化。通过与传统康复方法的比较,本研究尝试回答上述问题,为BCI在神经康复中的应用提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Brain-computer interface (BCI) which provides a direct communication pathway between the brain and an external device is realized by determining the intent of the users from the brain signals. Meanwhile, a better performance could be achieved with the aid of feedback. In recent years, neruo-rehabilitation has become a new researching topic. However, there are still some key problems need to be resolved. 1) Whether there are differences between the rehabilitation technology based on BCI and the classical one and if yes, how the different effects are represented in the brain? 2) Previous studies mainly uses the "functional localization" way to compare the differences locally in the motor area after rehabilitation training. However, from the "functional integration" view, what has changed in terms of the inter-connectivity across different brain regions? 3) What does the BCI-based rehabilitation technology play in the brain plasticity? Besides, if this new rehabilitation method has widely and depth effects in cortical reorganization? In this study, a electroencephalogram (EEG)-based BCI combined with functional electrical stimulation (FES) system will be used in rehabilitation of stroke patients with upper limb disorder.
