中文摘要: 随着无线通信技术的飞速发展及广泛应用,无线电磁环境日趋复杂,一些区域信号无法覆盖,人口密集地区频谱资源紧缺,对于伪基站等干扰信号难以进行截获和跟踪定位。为摆脱这些困境,建立网格化监测系统是有效的解决方案。目前在我国部分城市及高铁沿线已开始试点部署网格化无线电监测系统,然而如何分析监测系统采集的海量实时信号,提取有用信息并进行合理利用,是一个亟待解决的问题。本课题研究网格化无线电监测系统的信息处理,内容包括:(1)研究网格化无线电监控信号的有效分析方法;(2)根据无线电信号的演变规律建立数学模型;(3)研究高效的无线通信系统异常变化诊断及预测方法;(4)研究基于网格化监测的无线通信系统自适应资源分配调度、干扰对抗技术等,为提高系统资源利用率和维护网络安全奠定重要基础。本课题将在国家无线电监管部门采集数据,利用北京大学的理论研究优势,解决国家重要实际应用问题,研究成果具有开创性和实用性价值。

英文摘要: With the fast development and increasingly wider application of wireless telecommunication, the wireless electromagnetic environment is more complicated than ever, which leads to the phenomena that some important spots are not being covered by specific signal, the spectrum often cannot suffice the need at crowded areas, the difficulty to intercept, track and position the sudden interference signal from fake base stations. To solve these problems, grid monitoring system is in need. Currently, in some of the cities and along the high-speed rail routes, grid monitoring system is in place. However, there arises the new need, the research on how to monitor and analyze the massive data gathered by the system, extract useful information and make good use of it. This is a brand new direction of groundbreaking significance. The research includes: 1) To develop effective analytical methods for grid monitoring signals; 2) To establish precise mathematical models according to the regular development patterns of wireless signals. 3) To study and develop efficient methods for diagnosing and predicting abnormality in wireless communication systems. 4) To develop adaptive resource scheduling and anti-interfering technology based on grid monitoring of wireless communication system, so as to lay a solid foundation for the improvement of resource efficiency and communication system safety. This research aims to put theory to engineering practice to solve important practical issues of our country through cooperation between higher education institutions and related government authorities.
